Blood appears to be splattered across one seat while the aisle is strewn with pillows, food and passenger's belongings.
Six people needed hospital treatment after the Thai Airways jet was caught in turbulence above Singapore on Monday.
The Boeing 777 was en route from Jakarta from Bangkok carrying 72 passengers and 12 crew.
One passenger and five crew members were injured, reports revealed.
The injured passenger is believed to have hit his head after being thrown into the air while not wearing his seat belt.
