School Accidentally Sends Out X-rated Text Message!

A photograph circulating on social media appears to show text messages sent from a primary school to parents reminding them of a church service.

But an innocent typo turned a helpful reminder into something that would have recipients spitting out their cups of tea.

The seemingly innocent text message was meant to remind parents that there was a church service the next day at 2pm, and invited them to join school staff and children for refreshments.

It then goes on to add: "If we can wash your dirty willies, please bring them along Thank you."

A follow-up was then sent six minutes later - we assume when the person who sent the text was inundated with messages from amused or outraged parents - apologising for the mistake.

It read: "I am so sorry, it's WELLES!!! WELLINGTON BOOTS. Sincere apologies for any offence caused."
